Bluefin Tuna fishing this March has been lackluster. Despite our best efforts, tuna have been relatively scarce in the area. However, I am here to give you some good news as well. Our experience and knowledge of the local waters lead us to believe that we can expect an excellent Bluefin Tuna season starting in June. Typically, the Bluefin Tuna season in our area starts in the early summer months and lasts until the fall.

So, don't let the slow start of the Bluefin Tuna fishing season get you down. Based on the season and conditions on the day, this comprises 4 to 12-hour outings mostly snagging after Yellowtail Amberjack, Halibut, Tuna, Calico Bass, California Sheephead, and Rockfish. You may anticipate doing different kinds of fishing techniques such as light tackle, heavy tackle, bottom fishing, trolling, big game fishing, jigging, kite fishing, and popping on these outings. The fishing journey begins aboard a 27' Farallon boat, built in 1979, it was refurbished in 2020. With a maximum cruising speed of 20 knots and a 3HP Cummins engine. This veteran boat can securely accommodate up to four fishermen. This boat includes an ice chest. All rods, reels, and terminal equipment are included in the fee, allowing you to concentrate on what truly matters: fishing and having fun!
