Took our construction crew out for a fishing trip and honestly, it couldn’t have gone better. The boat was clean, the captain and crew were super chill, and everyone had an amazing time. We caught a bunch of fish, shared a lot of laughs, and just got to relax outside of the job site. Perfect team-building day — we’ll definitely be doing it again!

NEW Big Bluefin Tuna *Trophy trip on September 9, 2025 Man let me tell you.. Shant and his team are amazing! not sure how it goes for others but after 3 hours of embarking we were seeing signs of life! Boiler!!!!! Shant and his team were able to help snag a 275 lb cow! what an experience! i can’t wait til next season to take my son! this was an old guys trip and Shant with his muscles really helped catch this sucker! totally amazing!

Did a private bluefin trip with Shat. I can say it was one of the best experiences I’ve had bluefin fishing. He has a really great boat and he is really knowledgeable about good fishing grounds. We limited out on good grade bluefin before the day was even over.

We booked a last-minute trip just hoping to enjoy a day on the water during this slower time of year for fishing in California—and it turned out amazing. Shant is a fantastic captain and a genuinely great guy who made it a priority to get us on fish. We ended the day with a full ice chest and an unforgettable experience. Highly recommend Shant for anglers of all levels, from first-timers to seasoned fishermen!

We took a day fishing trip to Catalina with Captain Shant as a family—my partner and our two boys, ages 9 and 11—and had a fantastic time. Shant was welcoming, helpful, and great with the kids the entire day. We stopped at the island for lunch, then spent the afternoon fishing before heading back. We were joined by seals, pelicans, and even dolphins along the way. The seals definitely took their share of our catch in the afternoon! Highly recommend booking a trip with Shant for families—we're already planning to come back for Bluefin this summer. Thanks again, Shant!

Captain James is the real deal. Not because we caught two 200 pound yellowfin, but because he cares about you having a good time while he works diligently to find you fish. Top notch boat, equipment and Captain. If you get a chance to book an Aquiline charter do it. You will be pleasantly surprised. Captain James wants you to catch fish more than you do. Very professional operation. Five stars!

I had an amazing time fishing with Captain Shant Melkonyan of Aria Sportfishing. He really knows his stuff when it comes to bluefin tuna fishing, and he took us to all the best spots. We caught so many fish and had a blast doing it. Highly recommend!

Bluefin Tuna was biting! It was really challenging, great thing we booked with a fine captain! He is very skilled about fishing and knows the perfect spot. Will return tio long beach and book again with him! 5 stars, no doubt.
